With this weekend’s rains upstream in the Brazos River drainage basin, the National Weather Service has issued a forecast showing the Brazos River rising to a gage elevation of approximately 43.0 by Saturday April 13th. This is below minor flood stage. Further refinement of the forecast is anticipated.
The LID 17 team will continue to monitor the river and weather forecasts to maintain preparedness for situations that may arise and potentially impact our community.
