Fence Replacement Project Update
The District wanted to provide a further update to the article posted on June 16, 2023. After hearing the concerns of impacted residents, the District has decided to suspend all work on the project until the new brick arrives. This includes demolition of existing fences and installation of temporary fencing. The District will conduct weekly inspections of all temporary fencing that has been installed. Such inspections will be conducted from the public right-of-way side of the fences.
Once the brick arrives on site, construction of new wall segments will resume promptly. We will post a notice when the brick arrives. We understand your patience is essential during this time, and we assure you that we are working diligently to ensure the project proceeds smoothly and meets the desired standards.
